We are creatively working to ensure that you remain connected to ALL of your Horizon Medical providers during this public health crisis.
Therefore, we have implemented a simple-to-use but comprehensive telemedicine program that allows our providers to deliver your healthcare and address your needs and concerns without being in the same location.
Using the most up-to-date telemedicine technology, Horizon providers can:
- manage many medical problems,
- review labs, and
- refill medications.
Call your Horizon office to easily set up a connection. You can access a telemedicine visit with a smartphone, laptop, iPad, or home computer.
In addition, while your safety and the safety of our staff and providers is of the utmost importance to us, we recognize that there are some individuals or some issues that require an in-person office visit.
Accordingly, all Horizon offices remain open for secure, by-appointment-only visits. These visits will be coordinated and handled in a manner that best protects both you and all of Horizon. This includes screening questions, no companions for visits, cleaning and sanitizing of our offices, and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by office personnel.
