- Emotional Support (by phone) in Orange County: 24/7 Helpline: (800) 832-1200.
- Mobile Mental Health (phone only available): 1-888-750-2266.
- Access Supports for Living MH and SA Urgent Care. Offers virtual mental health and substance use urgent care. Therapy, psychiatry, and peer support services will be available by phone and through telemedicine, 24/7 to adults and children, regardless of insurance or ability to pay. For help, call 1-888-750-2266, option 2.
- Michele Winchester-Vega and Assoc. Offices in New Windsor and Florida, NY. You can access online application for services at Intakes@winchester-vega.com. They will then review and reach out to the patient. Patient should call if they haven’t heard back in a couple days: 1-845-562-9816.
- Behavioral Health Services of the Hudson Valley. Offices in town of Newburgh. Once established with a therapist, patient can access their psychiatrist in 3 weeks or so. Patient can call main number: 1-845-569-2900. Phone therapy/Skype is available after intake interview.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT:
- Businesses experiencing financial hardship can call to request application for potential disaster relief: 1-845-802-9150
- Mortgage Assistance: First, reach out directly to your lender, bank, credit union, or landlord. Be honest about your current difficulties. New York is one state that has a current “hold” on eviction notices. Some banks have coronavirus response pages that you can access online, including:

- Capital One
- Chase
- U.S. Bank
- Wells Fargo
- Unemployment: Most states are expanding eligibility for unemployment. It is worth looking into and may take some time. You can access the Department of Labor, CareerOneStop, which provides links to the state’s unemployment application website (for NY, NJ, PA).
- Gov. Cuomo announced on 3/19/20 that New York State is imposing mortgage relief for 90 days. Mortgage payments will be waived based on financial hardship and if payments are waived, it cannot be reported to credit bureaus. There will be a grace period for people who want to modify their loans. There will be no late payment or online payment fees, and foreclosures will be temporarily postponed or suspended. Also, Gov. Cuomo announced fees are temporarily waived for overdrafts, ATMs, and credit cards.
